this past weekend Ayden went to Vancouver for his bi-weekly visit to my parents house so Alex had us all to himself and loved every moment of it. On Friday we rented a paddle boat on American lake which is a stones through from our house and spent an hour or so on the lake. I was not sure how Alex would react to this little adventure because of his fear of "things new" and "things water", surprisingly he did very well. He was hesitant at first but it didn't take him long to realize he was safe and to just relax. Then on Saturday evening we went to go watch my cousin Kasey compete with her horse drill team. Alex whom at the moment still thinks everything Animal is called and is in the same class as Midnight the dog, this being the case every horse was "ni night". That night was allot of fun though because he warmed up to the horses very quickly and was soon ridding all by himself (with us right next to him of course) in the matter of like an hour after being there and being introduced to this new type of "dog".
